SatCom SCADA-Network

Challenge:
Star-shaped interconnection with central station and numerous remote terminals for continuous data communication at low rate data rate for remote control („SCADA“), for example to monitor and control pipelines; all at the smallest size possible and with minimal recurring cost.

References:
Utility companies (gas, oil, water) in Europe.

Solution:
Closed network in star shaped topology based on SATCOM system „TSAT“, which was developed for SCADA applications; stations of small size (diametre of antenna: 0,55m), service life of more than ten years.
